FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions)

Is it required for clients to be background checked?

Yes, it is required for clients to undergo background checks,as well the caregivers. At The Faithful Nanny, we prioritize the safety of everyone involved—families and caregivers alike. This thorough vetting process ensures a secure and trustworthy environment for all parties.

Is it mandatory to drop off children or pets at the caregiver's home?

This depends on the caregiver. Some caregivers prefer you to bring children or pets to their homes, but it is not mandatory. Caregivers are not required to open their homes for care; they can come to you instead. If you and the caregiver decide that you’d like to bring your dependents to their home, written consent with details must be provided and sent to careers@thefaithfulnanny.com prior to services beginning in the caregiver's home. We are working towards providing a facility for the community, and if you’d like to donate, please reach out to us.

Are families required to keep their pets' vaccines up-to-date in order to receive services from The Faithful Nanny?

Yes, families are required to keep their pets' vaccines up-to-date to receive services from The Faithful Nanny. Vaccine records must be emailed to us and must remain current. If the vaccine records lapse, it will result in a breach of contract.

How long is the process to start receiving services?

The process is fairly quick. We ask for 7 days to get you into our system, complete background checks, and ensure caregivers are up to date on CPR certifications. The sooner we receive all the necessary information from you, the sooner we can start services. Be sure to keep an eye on your email and respond promptly to any requests for information.
