Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. Future bookings won't be possible without settling this fee. Non-Refundable Services: All services are non-refundable but 100% transferable within 60 days of cancellation, offering flexibility for rescheduling. Advanced Booking: Services must be booked at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This ensures our team is adequately prepared to provide top-notch services.
