This package offers 10 hours of service, allowing you the flexibility to select the most convenient days and times for The Faithful Nanny to assist your fur baby. You have the freedom to choose as long as it adheres to the 1-hour minimum per day with a total not exceeding 10 hours. 10 Hours of service 1 Hour minimum Includes drop ins, play time, feeding, walking, cleaning up after and cuddles
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To ensure optimal service and respect for our team's time, kindly be aware of our cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Any service must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. Future bookings won't be possible without settling this fee. Non-Refundable Services: All services are non-refundable but 100% transferable within 60 days of cancellation, offering flexibility for rescheduling. Advanced Booking: Services must be booked at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This ensures our team is adequately prepared to provide top-notch services. Tipping Policy: Feel free to tip your service provider as a token of appreciation at your discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
